Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Planning
Define regional prepaid and postpaid product strategy and 3-year roadmap.
Identify market opportunities through market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback.
Define product roadmaps and prioritize product initiatives
Coordinate with Network, IT and Digital teams to deliver new capabilities (eSIM, 5G slicing, roaming, Ecare, Spam detection, bundles).
Drive lifecycle management from ideation to retirement
Product Development & Lifecycle Management
Lead product launch, GTM and sales enablement
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of Business mobility products from concept to launch and post-launch optimization.
Define product requirements, specifications, and service features.
Collaborate with IT, Network and technical teams to ensure successful product development and deployment
Standardize products across 14 operating companies while allowing local regulatory flexibility.
Monitor product KPIs (GA, REC, ARPU, usage, churn, NPS, EBITDA).
Market & Customer Insights
Benchmark competition and identify new market opportunities
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging technologies and customer needs.
Gather customer feedback to improve product performance and usability.
Monitor competitor offerings and industry trends.
Commercial Management
Own pricing, packaging, business cases and profitability.
Define pricing strategies and revenue models for Business Mobility products.
Support sales teams with product positioning, proposals, and technical presentations.
Develop go-to-market strategies and product launch plans.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work closely with internal teams such as IT, CX, Network, sales, marketing, finance, and SCM
Coordinate with external vendors, partners, and technology providers for mobile devices Ensure alignment
between technical capabilities and business objectives
Performance Monitoring
Track product performance, revenue, and customer adoption.
Analyze KPIs and implement product improvements.
Manage product lifecycle updates including upgrades, enhancements, or retirement.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
Master's degree or MBA is an advantage
Experience in telecom product management with strong experience in prepaid/postpaid mobility, pricing, commercial strategy and multi-country operations.
Experience in product lifecycle management
Exposure to telecommunications or digital services industry preferred
Broad technical knowledge of managed GSM networks, 4G and 5G protocols
Strong communications skills, particularly related to articulating product strategy and commercial solution to both internal and customer management and decision makers.
