Key Responsibilities

Finance


Process invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and promptly.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation.
Reconcile bank statements and petty cash accounts.
Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
Support payroll processing and statutory remittances.
Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies when required.


Administration


Manage office supplies and ensure efficient office operations.
Maintain employee and company records in an organized manner.
Coordinate office maintenance and vendor relationships.
Handle correspondence, filing, and document management.
Support HR and management with administrative tasks and reporting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.


Requirements


Minimum of HND or Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Minimum of 2 years\' relevant experience in finance, accounting, and administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Knowledge of accounting software is an added advantage.
Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
