Job Purpose


To provide administrative and financial support to the finance department by ensuring accurate processing of financial transactions, maintaining stock and system integrity, and supporting overall operational efficiency.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience


Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
2 - 3 years' experience in a similar role
Experience in a manufacturing or stock-driven environment advantageous
Syspro experience advantageous

Key Responsibilities (Not Limited to)

Financial Administration


Process supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately
Maintain financial records and assist with reporting
Support budgeting and forecasting activities
Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
Assist with month-end and year-end processes


Stock & Inventory Control


Assist with stock takes and coordinate physical counts
Reconcile stock discrepancies and update records
Maintain GRN module and monitor open Purchase Orders


BOM & WIP Management


Review and update Bill of Materials (BOM)
Monitor Work-in-Progress (WIP) and report variances


Syspro & Controls


Ensure accurate job closures on Syspro
Verify job costing and data accuracy
Close off open Purchase Orders
Maintain accurate and reliable system data


Stakeholder Engagement


Liaise with internal departments (Production, Procurement, Finance)
Communicate with suppliers and external service providers
Resolve queries and ensure smooth operational flow


Key Challenges


Ensuring timely supplier feedback and resolution of queries
Maintaining accurate and consistent data across systems
Managing internal communication gaps between departments


Health & Safety


Responsible for ensuring all health, safety, and food safety procedures are consistently followed in line with regulatory and company standards.
