Job Description
Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Monitor budget performance and analyze variances.
Monitor raw material costs, production costs, and overhead expenses.
Conduct product costing and margin analysis.
Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
Work closely with production and procurement teams to control wastage.
Prepare monthly management reports.
Monitor the day- to-day financial operations of the organization.
Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, comments on financial statements.
Controls inventory and purchase of all production items supplied.
Develop creative ways to save cost for the company.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements.
Overseeing the communication with clients and vendors via phone, email and in person.
Undertake other duties as assigned.
