Createcaptions that align with the brand voice.
Create and manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely publishing.
Monitor social media trends and recommend innovative campaign ideas to drive engagement.
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly to enhance customer experience.
Collaborate with the design, production, and marketing teams to support campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
Track performance metrics and prepare monthly analytics reports with actionable insights.
Support influencer partnerships and digital campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
