The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage the sales team, drive customer acquisition initiatives, develop sales strategies, and ensure the achievement of business objectives and revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, supervise, and motivate the sales team.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Drive customer and merchant acquisition initiatives.
Build and maintain key client relationships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews.
Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
Train, coach, and mentor Sales Specialists.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in fintech, banking, telecommunications, financial services, or related sales environments.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and consistently meet targets.
