KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Preparation of advisor payment models and schedules. These include marketing allowances, monthly incentives, advisor's support and any other advisor duties that may be recommended by the business
Updating and circulating the Sales on a weekly basis or at such other time as may recommended by the business
Updating and sharing the Sales Incentive Report monthly or at such other time as may be required by the business
Updating and circulating the Executive Sales Dashboards weekly
Conduct weekly checks on the Unit Prices and updating them on the Policy Administration system (TE)
Updating and sharing key persistency statistics with the Retail team monthly
Compute benefits not captured in the Policy Administration system. These include unit linked fund build ups, anticipated endowment bonuses and surrender.
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications i.e. Word, Excel
Knowledge of Python, a plus

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in actuarial science, statistics or any related field
