We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Forensic Manager to lead our forensic and investigative services. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing forensic investigations, supporting clients with evidence-based findings, developing the Company's forensic practice and contributing to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Forensic Investigations
Lead and conduct forensic investigations involving fraud, financial crimes, workplace misconduct, asset misappropriation, cyber-related incidents and other corporate investigations
Plan and execute investigations while ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards
Gather, preserve, analyse and document physical, digital, financial and documentary evidence
Conduct interviews and obtain witness statements where necessary
Prepare comprehensive forensic investigation reports suitable for management, regulatory and legal purposes
Corporate Investigations
Conduct internal investigations relating to employee misconduct, theft, fraud, corruption, policy violations and ethical breaches
Support clients in conducting due diligence and background investigations
Carry out surveillance, intelligence gathering and fact-finding assignments
Assign clients in identifying operational vulnerabilities and fraud risks
Risk Advisory & Compliance
Conduct fraud risk assessments and forensic reviews
Recommend internal control improvements to prevent fraud and operational losses
Advise clients on governance, compliance and risk mitigation strategies
Support regulatory compliance reviews and investigations
Client Management & Business Development
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, legal practitioners, financial institutions, insurance companies and regulatory agencies
Identify opportunities to expand the Company's forensic and investigative services
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for prospective clients
Participate in client presentations, business meetings and industry engagements
Practice Development
Develop methodologies, investigation protocols and quality assurance standards for forensic engagements
Supervise and mentor forensic investigators and consultants
Ensure confidentiality and integrity throughout all assignments
Prepare periodic reports on departmental performance and business opportunities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Criminology, Law, Computer Science, Security Management or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in forensic investigations, fraud examination, corporate investigations, audit, compliance or risk management
Experience in managing complex investigations from planning to reporting
Excellent investigative and analytical skills
Strong report-writing and documentation abilities
