We are seeking an ambitious, commercially drive and results-oriented Sales & Growth Manager with proven experience in the Private Security Industry to drive revenue growth, expand our client portfolio and strengthen our market presence.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Growth


Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve the Company's revenue and growth targets
Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities across target industries
Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships
Secure new contracts for man-guarding, executive protection, patrol services, CCTV Surveillance, access control and other security solutions
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets


Business Development


Identify emerging market opportunities and develop strategies for market penetration
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business decisions
Prepare and present tailored security solutions and proposals to prospective clients
Lead contract negotiations and support the successful onboarding of new clients
Represent the Company at exhibitions, networking events, industry conferences and business meetings


Client Relationship Management


Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and key decision-makers
Conduct regular client engagement meetings and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and coordinate with Operations to deliver excellent service
Drive contract renewals and improve client retention


Strategic Growth


Work closely with Management to develop growth initiatives and expansion strategies
Identify opportunities for new service offerings and market diversification
Contribute to the Company's annual business planning and sales forecasting
Monitor industry trends, regulatory development and competitive activities


Collaboration


Work closely with Operations, Finance, HR and Administration teams to ensure seamless mobilization and service delivery
Support the preparations of tenders, bids and Requests for Proposal (RFP)
Provide regular reports on sales activities, pipeline performance, revenue generation and market intelligence


Requirements


Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Criminology or a related discipline
Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales, business development or account management
At least, 2 years' experience within the private security industry
Excellent sales, negotiation and closing skills
Strong business development and networking abilities
High competency in relationship management and customer service orientation
