Job Summary
The Front Desk Officer serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling order intake, service coordination, billing, and customer inquiries while ensuring a seamless service experience.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and log customer orders accurately (tagging, item description, special instructions).
Issue receipts and manage billing/payment processing.
Attend to walk-in customers, calls, and online inquiries.
Track order status and communicate timelines to customers.
Handle customer complaints and escalate where necessary.
Coordinate with the operations team on garment processing and delivery schedules.
Maintain proper records of transactions and the customer database.
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and professional.
Qualifications & Experience
OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in customer service or front desk roles (preferably in laundry, retail, or hospitality).
