Job Summary


The Marketer/Business Developer is responsible for driving revenue growth by acquiring new customers, developing strategic partnerships, and increasing brand visibility for the laundry and dry-cleaning business.


Key Responsibilities


Identify and acquire new clients (corporate, hospitality, residential estates, schools, hospitals).
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Build and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Promote services through physical visits, digital platforms, and networking.
Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements.
Meet and exceed monthly revenue and customer acquisition targets.
Collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
Track leads, conversions, and sales performance.


Qualifications & Experience


HND/BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience in sales/marketing (preferably in service-based industries).
Proven track record in client acquisition and revenue generation.
