Job Summary
The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing end-to-end laundry and dry-cleaning operations, ensuring service quality, operational efficiency, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
The role includes staff supervision, process optimization, and business performance management.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily plant and outlet operations (washing, dry cleaning, ironing, packaging, and delivery).
Implement and monitor standard operating procedures (SOPs) for garment care and handling.
Supervise and coordinate staff (machine operators, pressers, sorters, front desk).
Ensure quality control standards are maintained and customer complaints are resolved promptly.
Manage inventory of detergents, chemicals, and consumables.
Monitor machine maintenance schedules and liaise with technicians.
Drive operational efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
Prepare operational reports (daily output, defects, revenue tracking).
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
Collaborate with the marketing team to support customer acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in laundry, hospitality, or production operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
