Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Fund Mobilization Executive to drive deposit mobilization, build strong client relationships, and support the organization's growth by attracting and retaining individual and corporate investors.
The Fund Mobilization Executive will be responsible for sourcing and managing investment funds from individuals, corporate organizations, and institutional clients.
The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, promoting the company's investment products, and achieving fund mobilization targets.
Responsibilities
Drive fund mobilization by acquiring individual, corporate, and institutional investors.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase the company's investment portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Promote the company's investment and financial products to potential investors.
Conduct client presentations, meetings, and follow-ups to drive conversions.
Achieve monthly and quarterly fund mobilization targets.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and investment activities using CRM tools.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and excellent client experience.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies throughout the investment process.
Requirements
First Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
2 - 4 years' experience in fund mobilization, investment sales, relationship management, business development, or a similar role within the financial services or fintech industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales or fund mobilization targets.
Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
Strong networking, presentation, and business development skills.
Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
