Responsibilities
Plant, grow, and maintain flowers, trees, shrubs, and lawns
Water plants and monitor soil conditions
Prune trees and shrubs to maintain shape and health
Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides safely
Mow lawns, edge walkways, and remove weeds
Maintain gardening tools and equipment
Identify and treat plant diseases and pests
Assist in landscape design and seasonal planting
Keep outdoor areas clean and visually appealing
Requirements
Basic knowledge of plants, soils, and gardening techniques
Ability to use gardening tools (e.g., lawn mowers, shears)
Physical stamina (lifting, bending, working outdoors)
Attention to detail
Time management skills
Ability to work independently or in a team
Experience in gardening or landscaping (preferred)
