Mandatory Technical Expertise


Double pass regenerative furnace (50+ ton capacity)
Gasifier operation (coal, wood, furnace oil, brunet)
Soda Ash + Sand | Soda Ash + Quartz handling
Dissolving plant and solid batching knowledge
Sodium silicate
Warning
Production: 30,000 tons annually / 80 tons solid per month (wet process using caustic soda flakes)
Technical expertise in crushing and mining plants (Quartz Stone)


Key Responsibilities


Operations Leadership: Oversee daily plant operations, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and compliance with quality standards.
Strategic Planning & Growth: Design and implement business strategies, set growth targets, and drive profitability improvements.
Financial & Process Management: Maintain budgets, optimize costs, and establish policies and processes for operational excellence.
People & Performance Management: Lead recruitment, training, and performance development to build a high-performing workforce.
Governance & Reporting: Evaluate operations, improve financial and business outcomes, and report regularly to the Board and Chairman.
Problem Solving: Provide timely solutions to challenges such as profit decline, operational bottlenecks, and workforce issues.
