Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Diploma/Degree in Textile-related discipline (e.g., Textile Technology, Textile Engineering)
8+ years of progressive experience in textile production management.
Technical knowledge of weaving and narrow textiles (preferred).


Key Responsibilities


Manage the full production cycle (weaving and narrow textiles) for efficiency and quality.
Implement best practices to improve capacity utilization and minimize waste.
Ensure adherence to high quality standards for all products.
Lead, train, and manage the production staff and operators.
Develop and execute production schedules to meet deadlines.
Coordinate upkeep of all weaving and narrow loom machinery.
Control production costs (material/labor) to meet budgets.
Uphold all industry safety and environmental regulations.
