Golf Concierge

Other operational duties and responsibilities might include: (areas and indicators listed are not exhaustive and may be changed / supplemented to accommodate business needs from time to time): Stock controls and cash-up, Daily handover reports, Actively manage the golfer experience on the course, Assist golfers with general requirements, Some administrative duties. We consider the following as essential and will test / check for examples of achievement or success in these requirements listed: Grade 12 or equivalent, Thorough knowledge of the game of golf (the rules and etiquette, golfer requirements, etc.), A minimum of 1 years' experience working in a golf environment, The ideal candidate must have a proven record of good people skills, and exceptional customer service, Must be able to comprehend verbal and written instructions, must be able to successfully carry out such tasks with limited supervision, Must be reliable and trustworthy, Must show initiative in line with meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
