About the Role
We are seeking a disciplined, eager - to - learn Graduate Production Trainee ready to strictly implement our specialized production and quality control principles.
This is a hands-on, entry-level execution role on a lean manufacturing floor. It offers a direct fast-track path to a Production Supervisor position upon successful confirmation of performance. We value adaptability, local proximity, and a strong work ethic.
Key Requirements & Operational Conditions
Educational Background:
Degree or Higher Diploma in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Petrochemical Engineering, Agriculture, or closely related technical fields.
Mandatory NYSC Prequalifications:
Every applicant must hold one of the following:
NYSC Discharge Certificate
Official NYSC Exemption Letter
Active Corps Member status (seeking a PPA)

Location Constraint:
Strictly open only to candidates already residing within Gwagwalada and its immediate environs.
Applications from candidates living outside this catchment area will not be reviewed.
Work Schedule:
This is a rigorous, full - time Monday through Sunday role to match factory production cycles.
