Key responsibiities
Develop and execute the company's growth and distribution strategy aligned with business objectives.
Identify new market opportunities, customer segments, and expansion channels.
Set clear KPIs for acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
Build quarterly and annual growth roadmaps.
Optimize Customer Acquisition Cost and maximize Customer Lifetime Value.
Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track ROI across channels.
Develop offline and online distribution networks where relevant.
Negotiate partnership agreements and manage partner performance.
Expand product presence across new platforms and ecosystems.
Build dashboards to monitor acquisition, funnel performance, and growth metrics.
Analyze user behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Provide weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Use data to inform campaign optimization and strategic decisions.
Develop retention strategies (email marketing, CRM, automation, loyalty programs).
Improve user onboarding and engagement flows.
Implement upsell and cross-sell strategies.
Reduce churn and increase repeat purchase rates.
Work closely with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to align growth initiatives.
Provide customer insights to inform product improvements.
Collaborate on go-to-market strategies for new products or features.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or related field.
8+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, distribution, or commercial strategy.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
Proven experience scaling acquisition channels.
Experience managing digital marketing budgets.
Strong negotiation and partnership development skills.
Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, CRM tools, Excel, etc.).
Experience in startups, tech, media, fintech, retail, or fast-paced industries is a plus.
