Key Responsibilities
Develop and lead the organization's program strategy in alignment with its mission and long-term goals.
Identify new program opportunities, partnerships, and funding streams.
Oversee program design, ensuring relevance, scalability, and sustainability.
Provide leadership and direction to program managers and teams.
Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Oversee annual work plans, budgets, and performance targets.
Develop and manage program budgets.
Ensure effective resource allocation across programs.
Support fundraising efforts by contributing to proposals, grant applications, and donor reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, partners, government agencies, and community stakeholders.
Provide regular updates to executive leadership and the Board.
Prepare program performance reports and strategic updates.
Ensure compliance with governance standards and donor requirements.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Development Studies, Public Administration, Business, Social Sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
10 - 15+ years of progressive experience in program management.
Proven experience managing multi-million-dollar or multi-site programs
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with monitoring & evaluation frameworks.
Strong budgeting and financial oversight capability.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
