GSE Gardens & Grounds Supervisor – Cayley Lodge & Mountain Resort at Beekman Group

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the company's required standards across the resort gardens, grounds, stores and chalets, while also supporting general maintenance and housekeeping functions when required.


Key Responsibilities:


Supervise garden staff and allocate appropriate daily duties.
Oversee the general upkeep of the resort's gardens and grounds.
Previous experience in gardening, groundskeeping or general resort maintenance.
Previous supervisory or team-leading experience would be advantageous.
Practical knowledge of gardening tools and equipment.
Able to perform physically demanding and outdoor work.
Good communication and basic problem-solving skills.
Responsible, reliable and able to allocate work effectively.
Willing to assist other departments when operationally required.
Strong awareness of cleanliness, safety and appropriate use of equipment.
Ability to work under pressure
Good communication skills
Excellent planning and leadership abilities.
