Learning Content Designer (12 Months Contract) at Beekman Group

Create engaging visual learning resources that support organisational learning initiatives. Working from approved instructional design briefs supplied by Learning Practitioners, SMEs and Course Builders, the Learning Content Creator develops graphics, illustrations, infographics, videos, animations, learner materials and other visual learning assets. The role is responsible for ensuring all visual content aligns with Beekman Group branding standards, supports learner engagement and enhances the overall learning experience. The Learning Content Creator maintains digital asset libraries, applies quality assurance processes and collaborates closely with the Learning & Development team to produce high-quality learning resources. The primary focus is the creation and maintenance of learning visuals and/or other multimedia assets.


The ideal applicant will have:


Matric
Graphic Design degree / diploma or 3 to 4 years related experience
Ability to work under pressure & be able to adapt to shifting needs & priorities
Good verbal and written communication skills
Creative thinking & artistic ability
A good command of English language
Experience/proficiency in software: Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, Genially, PowToons, Microsoft office suite of products.
