Responsibilties


Information & Assistance: Answering inquiries about hotel facilities, local attractions, transportation, and handling special requests (e.g., wake-up calls).
Problem-Solving: Addressing guest complaints professionally and acting as a liaison between guests and staff.
Guest Service: Welcoming guests warmly, managing check-ins/check-outs, allocating rooms, and issuing keys.
Reservations & Admin: Managing bookings, cancellations, and updating room availability in the hotel management software.
Cashier Duties: Processing payments, handling credit cards, and ensuring billing accuracy.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
