We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head of Jewellery to lead our fine jewellery category. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing category strategy, driving sales performance, overseeing merchandising, and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs).
This is a senior leadership role requiring deep expertise in jewellery category management, strong people leadership, and a refined understanding of the luxury client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the fine jewellery category strategy to drive revenue and profitability
Oversee sales performance across boutiques and corporate channels
Lead merchandising strategy, including assortment planning and product positioning
Build and maintain strong relationships with HNIs and key clients
Manage and mentor sales managers and boutique teams
Monitor KPIs, sales trends, and stock levels to optimize category performance
Collaborate with marketing and operations to align campaigns and inventory flow
Ensure brand standards and luxury service excellence are consistently maintained
Requirements
Minimum of 15 - 20 years' experience in jewellery category management or luxury retail
Proven track record of managing fine jewellery sales and merchandising
Over 10 years' experience leading and managing teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience driving high-value transactions
Established network among HNIs is an advantage
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
