Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
Own the end-to-end sales strategy for high-value and premium properties.
Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals.
Lead, coach, and mentor the Sales Representatives to achieve performance and KPI targets.
Identify new market opportunities and emerging client segments.
2. Pipeline & Lead Management
Build, manage, and optimize a strong pipeline of qualified high-net-worth clients.
Ensure consistent tracking, follow-up, and conversion of leads generated by the team.
Monitor team performance and report on pipeline health, forecasts, and conversion rates.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Personally manage key premium clients, ensuring high-quality interactions.
Participate in client meetings, property viewings, and presentations for strategic deals.
Maintain professional, timely, and proactive communication with clients.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with Marketing and CRM teams to coordinate campaigns and track leads.
Align sales initiatives with Project Management and operational teams to ensure smooth delivery and handover of sold properties.
Provide feedback on market trends, client preferences, and competitor activity.
Reporting & Performance
Submit structured weekly and monthly sales reports, including KPIs, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts.
Analyze team performance metrics to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Ensure adherence to company policies, professional standards, and brand representation in all client interactions.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on real estate market trends, competitor activity, and best practices.
Continuously improve sales processes, tools, and client experience.
Requirements & Qualifications
Proven track record of high-value property sales or similar B2B/B2C sales leadership.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate or luxury property markets.
Experience leading and mentoring sales teams.
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Results-oriented with the ability to drive revenue and growth.
