Ensure timely follow-up on leads within 48 hours via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Schedule and conduct regular client inspections and property viewings.
Deliver structured presentations tailored to client needs.
Sales Cycle Management & Conversion
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from inquiry to deal closure.
Close deals consistently in line with monthly and quarterly targets.
Reporting & KPIs
Submit accurate weekly sales reports and maintain all sales trackers.
Track individual sales KPIs and provide structured performance updates.
Professional Representation & Brand Stewardship
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, inspections, and sales events.
Uphold company values, policies, and standards in all client-facing interactions.
Continuous Improvement & Conduct
Continuously improve sales techniques, product knowledge, and client relationship management skills.
