Responsibilties


Food Preparation & Cooking: Preparing, seasoning, and cooking food (grilling, baking, frying) in accordance with menu specifications.
Quality Control & Presentation: Ensuring food quality by checking temperatures, tasting dishes, and ensuring attractive plating.
Menu & Recipe Compliance: Strictly following standardized recipes and adapting items for dietary restrictions/allergies.
Sanitation & Safety: Maintaining a clean workspace, adhering to food hygiene regulations, and ensuring proper handling of food to prevent spoilage.
Inventory Management: Monitoring ingredient stock levels, reporting shortages, and organizing walk-in fridges/freezers.
Station Setup & Maintenance: Setting up workstations with necessary equipment, cleaning workstations, and keeping equipment functional.
Workflow Collaboration: Coordinating with other kitchen staff to manage high-volume orders and ensure efficient service times.


Requirements


Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 3 years experience.
