Job Summary


We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our upscale hotel.
The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and a proven track record in managing a team and ensuring top-notch guest experiences.


Responsibilities


Provide leadership and guidance to all hotel departments, including front office, housekeeping, food and beverage, sales, and maintenance.
Monitor and evaluate financial performance, budgeting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards.
Manage and motivate the hotel staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional growth and development.
Oversee guest services, ensuring that guests receive prompt, courteous, and personalized service throughout their stay.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and safety throughout the property.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local businesses to ensure the hotel\\\'s needs are met efficiently.
Create and implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive occupancy rates and increase revenue.
Handle guest feedback and complaints in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed guest expectations.
Ensure compliance with all legal, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.


Requirements


Bachelor\\\'s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
3-5+ years experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role.
Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
In-depth knowledge of the local hospitality market and industry trends.
