We are seeking a motivated HR Administrator Intern to support day-to-day HR operations and ensure smooth, efficient processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with recruitment activities: scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and updating databases.
Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
Coordinate HR activities such as training sessions, staff engagement initiatives, and performance reviews.
Handle leave management, timesheets, and monthly HR reports.
Provide administrative support to the HR team and ensure compliance with HR policies.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
3months - 1 year of experience in HR administration or general HR support.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR systems (an added advantage).
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.
Experience using an HRIS system will an added advantage
