Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience in a strategic HR role (HRBP, HR Strategy, Organizational Development) with clear evidence of business impact
Prior experience in strategic consulting or strategy-focused roles is strongly preferred
Demonstrated experience in B2C, FMCG, or consumer-driven environments, particularly those led by sales and marketing
Strong understanding of how HR strategy adapts to evolving business models and growth stages
Hands-on experience in at least one core HR area such as performance management, organizational development, compensation, or talent strategy
Proven ability to develop conceptual frameworks and translate them into practical, scalable solutions
Experience working closely with senior leadership and influencing strategic decision-making
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and data interpretation skills
Knowledge of organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management systems
Familiarity with compensation structures, job grading, and pay-for-performance principles
Strong stakeholder management, coaching, and communication skills
Professional HR certification (IHRM, SHRM, CIPD, or HRCI) is an added advantage
Salary: Ksh 180,000
