Qualifications, Skills and Experience


Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field | CHRP certification.
Min 10 years HR experience
With 7+ years designing/managing performance management systems.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment legislation.
Strategic thinker able to align performance with business goals.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills for all organizational levels.
Strong analytical ability to interpret data and recommend solutions.
Able to manage complex, cyclical HR processes and annual review cycles.
High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.


Key Responsibilities


Strategy & Program Design: Develop, refine, and implement performance management systems, KPIs, metrics, and feedback processes aligned to business strategy and compliant with employment laws.
Process Management: Lead annual and mid-year review cycles, manage the HRIS performance module, and run calibration sessions to ensure consistency and fairness.
Coaching & Development: Coach managers and employees on performance practices, SMART goal setting, effective feedback, and review writing; support PIPs where needed and link outcomes to training, succession planning, and compensation.
Continuous Improvement & Reporting: Monitor and report performance metrics, gather employee/manager feedback to enhance processes, and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
