Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, and HR systems while monitoring probation periods and contract renewals.
Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviews, technical assessments, and onboarding.
Oversee attendance tracking, punctuality, and enforcement of disciplinary procedures across office and field teams.
Support performance management by coordinating appraisals, tracking KPIs, and addressing underperformance.
Prepare and validate payroll inputs, including attendance, leave, commissions, and staff allowances.
Ensure compliance with Kenyan labour laws, OSHA, and WIBA, including maintaining safety and incident records.
Manage employee exit processes, ensuring proper clearance and recovery of company assets.
Provide general administrative support, including office coordination, shift planning, and staff welfare management.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Registered member of IHRM Kenya; CHRP(K) certification is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3 years' HR experience, preferably in a technical or service-driven environment.
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of Kenyan Employment Act and labour regulations.
