Job Summary


Our client is seeking a proactive and strategic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor to management, support organizational development, drive employee engagement, and ensure HR best practices across the organization.


Key Responsibilities


Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.
Provide guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
Drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
Support performance management processes including goal setting, reviews, and improvement plans.
Provide coaching and support to managers on employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Support employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture programs.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to inform decision-making.
Lead and support change management initiatives across departments.
Coordinate training and development programs to build workforce capability.


Requirements


Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
5 - 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role.
Strong understanding of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or HRCI) is an added advantage.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
