Job Summary
Our client is looking to hire courteous and professional Waiters/Waitresses to provide excellent food and beverage service to customers. The ideal candidates will ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience by delivering prompt and friendly service.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and attend to customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen.
Serve food and beverages promptly.
Ensure tables are clean and properly set before and after service.
Respond to customer requests and resolve complaints politely.
Maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Ensure excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification.
Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Neat appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends.
