Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kogi for a Human Resources Business Partner/ Payroll Specialist.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing HR strategies, developing and implementing HR policies, facilitating employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws.
You will handle performance management systems, support management in workforce planning, and cultivate a positive organizational culture.
Your role will also involve providing guidance to employees and managers to enhance organizational effectiveness and productivity.
Qualifications
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in Payroll Administration.
Experience in creating and implementing HR Policies and strategies.
Proficiency in core Human Resources (HR) functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Strong skills in Employee Relations, fostering a collaborative and inclusive workplace.
Knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk.
Expertise in Performance Management to drive employee engagement and development.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPM, CIPD) is an advantage.
Experience in social commerce, data-driven organizations, or technology industries is a plus.
