Summary


The Human Resources Officer is responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, employee records, staff welfare, performance management, training coordination, and HR compliance across PMN Farms operations.


Responsibilities


The role supports workforce development and ensures effective people management systems are implemented across assigned locations.
Coordinate recruitment and onboarding activities.
Maintain employee records and documentation.
Support performance management processes.
Coordinate staff training and development programs.
Manage attendance and leave records.
Support disciplinary and grievance processes.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.
Assist with payroll administration and staff welfare initiatives.
Conduct periodic HR audits and reporting.


Education


Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields.


Experience:


Minimum of 3 years HR experience.


Requirements:


Strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in design software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
