The Sales Manager leads sales activities within the assigned location, develops market opportunities, manages customer relationships, and supports business growth through effective sales planning and execution.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned markets.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
Manage sales pipelines and customer accounts.
Promote PMN Farms products and services.
Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals. Support marketing campaigns and product launches.
Represent the company at events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
Requirements
Degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, Economics, or related field
Minimum 3 years experience in sales, business development, or customer relationship management. Agricultural sales experience is an advantage.
Proven sales track record.
Ability to travel within assigned territory.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Computer literacy and reporting skills. Valid driver's license is an advantage.
