This role manages supplier relationships, purchasing activities, procurement records, and inventory replenishment to support operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
Source and evaluate suppliers and vendors.
Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing.
Process purchase requests and purchase orders.
Coordinate delivery of materials and supplies.
Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation.
Track inventory requirements with operational teams.
Monitor procurement costs and budgets.
Ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
Build and maintain supplier relationships.
Identify opportunities for cost savings.
Education
Degree or HND in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 2 years experience in procurement or supply chain management.
Requirements:
Strong organizational skills.
