We are a company that specializes in importation and supply of high-quality hospitality products. We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our team.
The role entails
Imports and Logistics
Manage end-to-end import processes, prepare and submit all necessary import documentation, ensure timely payment of import duties, taxes, and other related fees are made and achieve compliance with Kenyan import regulations, trade agreements, and customs procedures.
Office Administration
Manage office administrative duties including but not limited to company insurance policies, outsourced supplier contracts, safety and health, maintenance and repair contracts, Internet network connection, procurement and records management.
Ensure compliance with government bodies, renewal of business licenses and permits within
the expected timeframes. Develop partnership and collaborations with key government
agencies and stakeholders for smooth administration of company operations.
Minimum job requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a Diploma in Clearing and Forwarding coupled with experience
Proven experience (2+ years) in import coordination, logistics management, and office administration.
Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A hands on, 'go to' person with excellent negotiation skills, networking skills and business acumen.
