What you'll do
As the first point of contact for day-to-day IT support across all our outlets and offices, you'll:
Provide timely first-level (Level 1) technical support to staff, resolving issues within agreed timeframes and keeping downtime to a minimum
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of IT assets, hardware, and software
Support employee onboarding and offboarding — preparing and recovering IT equipment and accounts so every setup is complete
Carry out preventive maintenance at assigned locations to catch equipment issues before they cause disruption
Monitor support tickets and escalate unresolved issues promptly so nothing is left without an owner
Keep clear documentation of support requests, resolutions, and IT activities
What we're looking for
A genuine interest in building a career in IT support
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and troubleshooting
Strong organisation and attention to detail
A helpful, service-minded attitude and clear communication
Willingness to travel to outlets and stay flexible during peak periods or urgent support needs
