Junior Vehicle Sales Executives Western Cape: Paarl

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective customers and establish their vehicle requirements.
• Present suitable vehicles, highlighting features, benefits, and value.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Manage sales enquiries, appointments, test drives, and quotations.
• Work towards individual sales targets and dealership objectives.
• Keep up to date with vehicle specifications, product knowledge, and industry developments.
• Deliver professional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to vehicle delivery.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate.
• Aged between 21 and 28 years.
• Previous sales experience in FMCG, property, retail, or a similar sales environment will be advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• A confident, target-driven personality with a positive attitude.
• A willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop product knowledge.
• A professional approach with a strong customer-service mindset.
• A clear interest in building a long-term career in automotive sales.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Stable employment history and contactable references.
