The position supports business and technology strategies by translating stakeholder needs into data solutions, enabling analytics and leading the evolution of the data engineering function. It also involves mentoring team members and driving alignment with organizational goals.

Skills, Experience & Education
Bachelor's Degree (NQF 7) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Business Management or specialised field
Minimum 7 Years' Business Analysis or related technical experience
In depth knowledge of the industry and experience in business
Experience in leading teams
Knowledge and experience with MS SQL Server applications and BI Tools including: Analysis Services, Reporting Services & Integration Services, T-SQL, Data Mining, Performance tuning and Query optimisation
Valid Drivers License
