Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience
A Master's degree in Technology Education.
A relevant teaching qualification.
Technology or an equivalent subject as a major subject at undergraduate level, which includes woodwork, mechanics and the engineering design process.
Two (2) years' relevant lecturing experience at tertiary level or five (5) years' relevant teaching experience at school level
Fluent in Afrikaans (Please note that the position is based at the Wellington Campus where tuition is in Afrikaans. Candidates must be able to teach in Afrikaans).

Competence in the pedagogy of technology integration in learning, teaching, and assessment
Fluency in English and Afrikaans (BEd tuition in Wellington is through Afrikaans)
Perform other functions as may be assigned by the Head of Department
