Key Responsibilities
Property Letting & Tenant Management
Develop and implement strategies to improve occupancy levels across company properties.
Market available spaces and coordinate property viewings for prospective tenants.
Manage tenant onboarding including lease documentation, compliance, and move-in coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with tenants and address concerns or complaints promptly.
Monitor lease expirations and manage renewals to maintain occupancy stability.
Facility & Property Operations
Oversee the day-to-day management and maintenance of company properties and facilities.
Ensure buildings, utilities, and common areas are properly maintained and fully operational.
Supervise facility staff including cleaners, technicians, and security personnel.
Coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules.
Vendor & Contractor Management
Manage third-party vendors including maintenance contractors, cleaning services, and security providers.
Ensure vendors deliver services in line with agreed service levels and standards.
Monitor contractor performance and manage service contracts.
Health, Safety & Compliance
Ensure all properties comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Implement and monitor safety procedures across facilities.
Ensure emergency systems such as fire safety equipment and alarms are functional and regularly inspected.
Financial & Operational Management
Monitor facility-related expenses and ensure cost-effective management of maintenance budgets.
Review and approve service requests and facility expenditure within approved limits.
Prepare periodic reports on occupancy levels, maintenance issues, and facility performance.
Key Requirements
Education
Bachelor's Degree or HND in Estate Management, Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience
7 - 12 years experience in property management, facility management, or real estate operations.
At least 3 - 5 years in a supervisory or management role.

Preferred Qualifications
Professional certification in Estate Management, Facility Management, or Property Management.
Experience managing commercial or mixed-use properties.
