Report To: Facility Manager / Operation Manager
Responsibilities
Conduct regular inspections of facilities, equipment, and systems to identify maintenance needs.
Plan, schedule, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and external contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, work orders, and equipment servicing.
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and operational regulations.
Respond promptly to emergencies and breakdowns to minimize operational disruption.
Recommend upgrades or improvements to enhance facility efficiency and safety.
Assist management in budgeting and procurement for maintenance-related tools, materials, and services.
Requirement
National Diploma (ND), Higher National Diploma (HND), or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
Minimum of 1 - 2 years' experience in maintenance, facilities management, or a similar technical role.
Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, and structural systems.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations and preventive maintenance practices.
