Location: Abuja (Dakwa)
Salary: N 75,000
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverages
Take accurate customer orders and communicate them to the kitchen
Serve food and drinks promptly and correctly
Check on customers to ensure satisfaction and handle complaints politely
Set up tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
Clear tables and prepare them for new guests
Process bills and coordinate payments with the cashier
Maintain proper hygiene and follow food safety standards
Assist in arranging tables for special events or reservations
Work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff
Report any issues or customer concerns to the supervisor
Ensure proper use and care of restaurant equipment
Qualifications
Minimum of secondary school certificate (SSCE or equivalent)
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is an advantage
Basic knowledge of food service operations
Ability to use POS systems is an added advantage
