Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Management Accountant to join our financeteam.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, and financial performance reports.
Analyze financial data to support business decision-making and cost control.
Monitor revenue, expenses, and profitability across outlets and operations.
Develop and track budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis.
Support pricing decisions, cost optimization, and operational efficiency.
Work closely with relevant departments to improve financial discipline.
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and company policies.
Requirements
6 - 10 years relevant accounting experience.
Proven experience working in a QSR, food business, or retail environment is mandatory.
Strong understanding of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
ICAN certification is an added advantage.
Excellent analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, operationally driven business environment.
Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity.
