Summary
We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Production Manager to oversee food production operations, quality control, and team supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily food production activities to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality output.
Plan and coordinate production schedules based on outlet demand and sales forecasts.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards at all times.
Supervise and manage production staff, including scheduling, performance monitoring, and discipline.
Monitor raw material usage and minimize waste, spoilage, and production losses.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production processes.
Ensure proper equipment usage, cleanliness, and routine maintenance within the production unit.
Support continuous process improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 - 5 years relevant experience as a Production Manager or similar role.
Mandatory experience in the QSR industry (food production environment).
Strong knowledge of food preparation processes, hygiene, and safety standards.
Experience managing high-volume, fast-paced food production.
Proven leadership and people-management skills.
Good planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight production timelines.
