Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management across its operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution.
Ensure timely sourcing and availability of raw materials, packaging, and consumables for all outlets and production units.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
Monitor stock levels, avoid stock-outs and wastage across outlets.
Implement inventory control systems and conduct regular stock audits.
Coordinate with Operations, Production, and Finance teams to align supply planning with business demand.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and payment terms with suppliers.
Track supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards.
Prepare and submit supply chain reports (usage, variances, cost analysis).
Support cost-reduction initiatives and process improvements within the supply chain.
Requirements
Minimum of 3-5 years experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics.
Must have prior experience in QSR, Food Business.
Strong understanding of food supply chains, inventory management, and vendor negotiation.
Experience managing supplies for multiple outlets or high-volume operations.
Excellent analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and inventory management systems.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
