Job Description


To lead and oversee National Fleet Leasing Operations across the Full Maintenance Rental (FMR) portfolio, ensuring effective end-to-end operational delivery, strong financial and risk controls, and consistent service excellence.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and governance requirements by maintaining up‑to‑date policies, conducting regular reviews and embedding a strong culture of accountability and control.
Analyse operational data and performance trends to identify improvement opportunities, support strategic decision‑making and continuously enhance service delivery outcomes.
Support business growth initiatives by enabling scalable operational processes, ensuring readiness for new client onboarding and contributing to the successful implementation of new products and services.


Qualifications


Bachelor's degree


Experience Required


8+ years' Experience in Fleet or Automotive operations
3 - 5 years managing Fleet operations
